Refund and Returns Policy

We at The September Merch aim to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the steps you can take.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate wear, or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email support@theseptembermerch.com with your order number, product details, photos(Minimum 3) or Video(minimum 20seconds)and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the return is due to customer preference (not a defect or error), return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic/Videographic evidence.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
